Love is love β€” Tu Hi re

"Love is Love" is about normalizing the conversation of what love can look like. Love is universal, it’s something that comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors. This project is something I am proud to have created, it reflects not only what I stand for as an artist, but also what I believe the world has the potential to look like if we all play our part to make our society a more positive and tolerant place.

Excerpts of Water

Excerpts of Water to me explores the weight of gender roles within dance, and blurs the lines between femininity and masculinity. For me, this is about these beautiful dancers exploring the intersection of dance across cultures. For each of us in this project, it was a chance for us to feel and explore the different facets of human emotion.

In a world of religious constructs, there also exist the tendencies of raw human nature, which lead us to many layers of understanding, but most importantly that we are fundamentally the same.
